Malaysia · Singapore · Skilled trades
Better trades start with better-trained hands.
Jagaman connects the companies that make the materials, the colleges that teach the skills and the people who do the work. Together we raise the standard of skilled trade work and supply certified workers to anyone who needs them.

Why this network
Skilled trades deserve the same respect, training and career path as any profession.
Today the pieces sit apart. Makers can't reach the people who apply their products. Colleges can't place their graduates. Good tradespeople have no way to prove they're good. Clients take a gamble every time they hire.
Trade literacy
Workers learn the product, the method and the safety rules, so finishes last and callbacks drop.
A real career ladder
Course, then supervised jobs, then certification, then better-paid work. Every step is on record.
A workforce on call
Homeowners and firms get vetted, trained people when they need them, across Malaysia and Singapore.
The gap we close
Four groups that need each other, with nothing connecting them.
| Today | With Jagaman | |
|---|---|---|
| Material makers | Products are blamed for failures caused by poor application. | Trained applicators and site feedback on every partner product. |
| Colleges | Graduates leave with a certificate but no site hours or contacts. | A direct route from the classroom to supervised, paid jobs. |
| Workers | Years of skill with nothing on paper, and work that comes and goes. | Training, a record of every job, recognised certificates and steadier bookings. |
| Clients | Hiring is a gamble on word of mouth. | Checked, trained workers backed by Jagaman. |

Right product, right method
Follow the maker's data sheet: surface preparation, mixing, coats and drying times.

The network supplies trained, checked workers to three kinds of client.

Common questions
What is Jagaman?
Jagaman is a network for the skilled trades in Malaysia and Singapore. We connect material makers, training providers and workers, then supply trained, checked workers to homeowners and firms.
Does it cost anything to register?
No. Registering your interest is free. If a partnership involves commercial terms, we agree them with you before anything is signed.
Does Jagaman issue MQA or SKM certificates?
No. Certificates are issued by the accredited institutions and bodies that award them. Jagaman works with those partners so workers can reach the qualifications.
Which areas do you cover?
We are building the network across Malaysia and Singapore. Tell us where you are when you register and we will let you know when your area opens.
Is Jagaman a job board?
No. Workers in the network are verified, trained and supervised on real jobs. Clients book work through Jagaman, not by browsing a list of strangers.
