Who we are
This site is run by Jagaman Sdn Bhd ("Jagaman"). This notice explains how we handle the details you send through the partner network sign-up form.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, location, organisation and role, and the information you choose to give about your trades, experience, certificates, products or programmes.
Why we collect it
To contact you about joining the network, to match partners with each other and with jobs, and to plan training and placements. We do not sell your details.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored securely with our hosting provider. Only Jagaman staff who handle partnerships can see them.
How long we keep it
We keep registration details for as long as you are part of the network or for up to two years after we last contacted you, whichever is later, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, you may ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent. Contact us using the details you received in our reply.
